    Shared Decision Making

It’s all about shared decision-making with the patient. Everybody comes with a different set of health issues. We should assess those. We should be able to optimize them. We should come up with a risk. Once we have that, then we can have a reasonable discussion and decide if that patient, caregiver and the physician wants to assume that risk. If they do, where is the best place to limit that risk or mitigate that risk, if you can.
